Credentials

  • What is a digital credential?

    • A digital credential means that you can show anybody, any time that you completed a training!

    • On Collective, these credentials are visualized by certificates or badges.

  • How do I receive a credential?

    • You'll receive an email from Collective Hub HQ sent on behalf of your training provider.

    • Click through to see your credential and set up your profile and wallet by clicking on SIGN IN.

  • What is a credential wallet?

    • A wallet is an online collection of all the credentials, certificates, and badges associated with the same email address—no matter which sports-based organization or trainer issue it.

    • The credentials held by your wallet also automatically populate your profile in the Networking Directory.

  • How do I set up my wallet and profile?

    • Collective automatically sets up your wallet when you receive your first credential!

    • To customize your profile, click on the SIGN IN link at the top right of your credential view, and choose what you want others to see in the Networking Directory

  • How do I access my credentials or wallet?

    • You can access your credentials using any one of these three ways!

      • Click through any email you previously received from Collective Hub HQ

      • Go to MyCollectiveHub.com and select CREDENTIAL WALLET & PROFILE LOG IN in the menu

      • Go to MyCollectiveHub.com and click on the COACHES button in the Credential Wallet section

  • How do I share my credentials?

    • Head to the Credential View of the badge or certificate you want to share. Click or copy the link to share or embed what you know!

Learning Marketplace

  • How do I access the on-demand learning marketplace?

    • Go to MyCollectiveHub.com

    • Click on the menu and select LEARNING MARKETPLACE

    • Browse the options and select the courses that interest you from our Training Partners.

    • You'll be taken to their learning modules

    • Upon completion, you'll receive those new credentials in your wallet!
